Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deck Box Foundry (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Deck Box Foundry is operated from Australia and offered to customers worldwide.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
  • Interfere with service operation, security, or availability.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Upload or generate content you do not have rights to use.

Accounts and Access

The current Service may not require account registration for core features. We may add, change, or remove access features at any time.

Generated Designs and Files

You are responsible for your design choices and any files exported or manufactured from the Service, including compliance with applicable law, intellectual property rights, and product safety requirements.

If you use the Service from outside Australia, you are also responsible for compliance with local import, consumer, and product regulations in the places where you distribute or sell printed items.

Print and Safety Disclaimer

You are responsible for validating print settings, tolerances, and material safety before manufacturing any physical item. Always test prototypes and follow manufacturer guidance for printers, materials, and post-processing.

Intellectual Property

Deck Box Foundry and its software, branding, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service itself. You must have all required rights for text, logos, symbols, and other content included in your designs.

Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on third-party infrastructure or libraries. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or privacy practices.

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deck Box Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including non-excludable consumer guarantees that may apply under Australian law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deck Box Foundry from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you live outside Australia, mandatory laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights and protections.
