Where does my Extra Deck go?
Enable the under-drawer module. It adds a pull-out compartment below the main deck cavity, sized for your 15-card Extra Deck and 15-card Side Deck. Dice and counters fit here too.
Are Yu-Gi-Oh! cards a different size than Pokemon or MTG?
Yes. Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are Japanese-size (59 x 86mm), slightly smaller than standard MTG/Pokemon cards (63 x 88mm). The configurator accounts for this, so your cards fit snugly without rattling around.
